Arab Telemedia started filming a social drama - “September’s Gold”

Arab Telemedia Group started filming the series “September’s Gold " in several locations in the capital city, Amman, Jordan. September’s Gold is one of the first productions that the group started filming for next season, The group recently announced that it will strongly present the Arabic audience with diverse content of form and context that they been preparing for almost two years.


Resulting from the Covid – 19 pandemic, Arab Telemedia has turned this worldwide downfall into an opportunity that birthed a vast range of ideas. Coming up with dramatic projects ready to be executed and implemented reflecting the modern world as we see it today, on TV and digital platforms

“September’s Gold – Dahab Ayloul" portrays the effect of the Covid epidemic on people’s life. It tackles the suffering of human beings in times of asylum to meeting those who blossom love into our lives. The series also exploits the aftermath of the pandemic from financial instability to evil opportunism; Like human traffickers who rob refugees of a rightful life.


The series and the script were written under the artistic supervision of the producer, Talal Al-Awamleh, It sharply presents the dilemma between good and evil on one hand, and the sacrifices and situations humans face during the epidemic on the other hand

A group of elite Jordanian and Arab artists lead the show, starting with Marah Jabr, Ammar Shalak, Akef Najm, Shukran Murtaja, Dana Jabr, Sari Al-Asaad, Elie Chalouhi, Nour Saab, Luna Bishara, Maytham Saleh, Hamed Marzouk, Ali Alyan, Amira Samir, and other growing stars and young talents with the lead director, Hammad Al-Zoubi.


The CEO and producer of Arab Telemedia, Talal Al-Awamleh, has spoken about the importance of the series September’s Gold stating that “The most important success element of television production lies within the ability to capture current events that accompany the major changes that cities and societies are undergoing, which are reflected in the lives of their citizens, and changes in their mentalities and ideologies. This created an important historical opportunity that capture what is current and turns it into an interesting and eventful dramatic story.”


It is noteworthy that the Arab Telemedia Group is an independent commercial media organization that innovates and produces high-quality film and television content. It was founded in 1983 by producer Adnan Al-Awamleh, and then the group’s management moved to the producer Talal Al-Awamleh, and through its management and team, it was able to move from being a family company to an integrated creative group forming a gateway to the Arab TV entertainment.

The group presented many television works, varied between historical, social, and Bedouin series, most notably the series “The Invasion”, which won the first and only Arab Emmy Award in 1982, and other series and programs that received several awards and honors.
